TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Draw is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. The Draw closes at 8.00pm on 12 July 2023.
2. The Draw will be drawn at 9.00pm on 12 July 2023 at The Ritz-Carlton, 650 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne, Victoria.
3. The recipient must be invited to the Rediscover West Side Place party at The Ritz-Carlton, Melbourne on 12 July 2023, register in person at the party for entrance to the Draw and be in attendance at the time of the Draw.
4. Each person may only submit one entry to the Draw.
5. The recipient of each prize in the Draw will be:
   • notified in writing after the Draw; and
   • published on the West Side Place website (www.westsideplace.com.au) for a minimum of 28 days after the Draw.
6. The prize is personal to the recipient and is not transferable.
7. The recipient must not request reimbursement and any prize in the Draw is not redeemable for a cash payment of equivalent value.
8. Each recipient must only receive 1 prize and any subsequent prizes of the recipient will be redrawn.
9. Any vouchers which form part of the Draw will:
   • be provided with in a reasonable period (up to 28 days) after the Draw; and
   • contain expiry dates as determined by Far East Consortium and the provider of the voucher in their absolute discretion.
10. The Atria Prize is subject to the following terms and conditions:
    • may be redeemed by telephone on +61 3 9122 2858 or email to atriadining@ritzcarlton.com quoting the voucher number (and not through the Marriott.com or any third party website);
    • advance reservation is required;
    • is subject to availability;
    • cannot be redeemed within 72 hours from the date of the prize draw;
    • may not be used during blackout dates, which are available by contacting the restaurant;
    • a valid identification document must be presented at time of use to establish the identity of the recipient;
    • the voucher may not be redeemed for catering, special events or room hire;
    • may not be combined with any other vouchers, promotions, offers or special events;
    • will expire on 10 July 2026; and
    • the original voucher must be presented to reception upon arrival (and will not be replaced if lost or stolen).
11. The Melbourne Dorsett Prize is subject to the following terms and conditions:
    • accommodation will be for one deluxe king hotel room only (accommodating up to 2 people) for 1 night with buffet breakfast;
    • may be redeemed by email to melbourne@dorsetthotels.com quoting the voucher number;
    • advance reservation is required;
    • dates of stay are subject to availability;
    • may not be used during blackout dates, which are available by contacting the hotel;
    • may not be combined with any other vouchers, promotions, offers or special events;
    • will expire on 1 June 2026; and
    • the original voucher must be presented to reception upon arrival (and will not be replaced if lost or stolen).
12. The Gold Coast Dorsett Prize is subject to the following terms and conditions:
    • accommodation will be for one deluxe king hotel room only (accommodating up to 2 people) for 2 nights with breakfast in the executive lounge;
    • may be redeemed by email to goldcoast@dorsetthotels.com quoting the voucher number;
    • advance reservation is required;
    • dates of stay are subject to availability;
    • may not be used during public holidays and blackout dates of 30 March to 2 April, 19 to 22 May, 5 to 8 September, 26 to 28 October and 24 to 31 December;
    • may not be combined with any other vouchers, promotions, offers or special events;
    • will expire on 22 June 2024; and
    • the original voucher must be presented to reception upon arrival (and will not be replaced if lost or stolen).
13. The Melbourne Ritz Prize is subject to the following terms and conditions:
    • accommodation will be for one deluxe king room only (accommodating up to 2 people) for 1 night with breakfast included;
    • may be redeemed by email to park@ritzcarlton.com quoting the voucher number;
    • advance reservation is required;
    • dates of stay are subject to availability;
    • may not be used during blackout dates, which are available by contacting the hotel;
    • will expire on 26 June 2026; and
    • the original voucher must be presented to reception upon check in (and will not be replaced if lost or stolen).
14. The Perth Ritz Prize is subject to the following terms and conditions:
    • accommodation will be for one studio room with city skyline view only (accommodating up to 2 people) for 2 nights with breakfast included;
    • may be redeemed by telephone to +61 8 6559 6888 quoting the voucher number (and not through the Marriott.com or any third party website);
    • advance reservation is required;
    • dates of stay are subject to availability, which are available by contacting the hotel;
    • may not be used during blackout dates;
    • the voucher cannot be partially redeemed;
    • a valid identification document must be presented at time of use to establish the identity of the recipient;
    • subject to the terms and conditions imposed by The Ritz-Carlton, Perth in its sole discretion without prior notice;
    • will expire on 12 July 2025; and
    • the original voucher must be presented to reception upon check in (and will not be replaced if lost or stolen).
15. Any flights which form part of the Draw:
    • are subject to the same terms as the accommodation voucher (as applicable);
    • will be with an airline determined by Far East Consortium in its absolute discretion;
    • may be redeemed by contacting Far East Consortium which must include the following details:
      • the full names and contact details of the recipient and any other party taking up the prize from the Draw;
      • the requested time and date of the flights; and
      • return city from capital cities within Australia for flights;
    • are subject to availability and Far East Consortium makes no warranty or representation to the recipients that any requested times and dates of flights will be available.
16. This promotion is subject to all applicable laws and is void outside of Victoria, Australia. The Offer is subject to all directions and requirements of all authorities and is subject to change to comply with any laws, requirements of authorities and regulatory requirements.
17. To the extent permitted by law, the recipient consents to the use by Far East Consortium and its related entities of the recipient’s name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information and statements for advertising and publicity worldwide and in all forms of media without compensation. All information submitted will be subject to Far East Consortium’s privacy policy available at https://fareast.net.au/privacy-policy/. This privacy policy contains information about how entrants and winners may access and correct their personal information, how they may complain about a potential breach of privacy and how Far East Consortium will deal with such a complaint. The processing of personal information is necessary to conduct the Draw, including verifying eligibility and delivering prizes. Far East Consortium may disclose personal information to third party prize suppliers, its agents and affiliates and its service providers and some of these entities may be located overseas in China, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Hong Kong.
18. Far East Consortium’s failure to enforce any term or condition of this Draw does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
